This session is led by Andrea Vetos, VP of Operations for Silverstar Car Wash, a division of Mammoth Holdings LLC. Her ongoing focus is to work with executive leadership to deploy strategies inside her region to continue the forward momentum of store sales, overall growth, and a successful leadership team within each location. She is a hands-on leader, working in the trenches (literally!) with District Managers, Site Managers, and team members to build relationships and strive to learn something new every day.
