I have a question regarding badge registrations. Who can I contact?

Call our registration call center at 774-247-4010 or send an email to Carwashshow@xpressreg.net. 

Are customer passes included with my booth package?

Attendee badges may be purchased for customers for $275 for a 3-day pass and $200 for a one-day Wednesday pass. Registration will open on January 22, 2024. 
Please note: You will be charged for each customer you register. Once you enter them into the system, you are generating a registration for them and will be charged the corresponding fee.  

Does my exhibitor or distributor badge allow me access to “The Big Bash?”

Yes, it does! All attendees, exhibitors and distributors with badges are welcome. We hope you’ll join us for this fun networking event! 

How many Company Employee badges are included with my booth?

Each exhibiting company receives (2) complimentary badges per 10x10 for company employees to work the booth. 

Can I get additional complimentary badges for my booth staff and distributors beyond my allotment?

Yes, you can add passes for additional company employees and distributors at no cost through March 31, 2024. They will be placed in a pending status until approved by show management. Allotments are for company employees and distributors ONLY. 

How much are exhibitor and distributor badges beyond my booth allotment?

If you exceed your allotment, and it is after March 31, 2024, exhibitor and distributor badges are $75 each. 

I lost my badge, where can I get a new one?

Reprints of lost badges will be replaced with a full conference fee. Visit the Registration Desk at The Car Wash Show for assistance.

April 22, 2024, is the first day to receive freight.

When is the last day to receive freight at the Advance Washhouse without penalty?
