"I'm Jeremy - a relatively new owner-operator in Canada. I have a single site that has 3 self-serve wash bays, a truck bay, and an In Bay Automatic. When I bought the struggling wash, it was a dump. We transformed the cash-only site and have seen revenue double (hoping to triple or more). I believe I can run an impactful session about what we did, and how we did it. This session would appeal to self-serve operators looking to improve their site, new investors, or folks who are just getting started in the industry. I will discuss the partners I used for equipment, chemicals, and technology."
