Strong proposals will feature actionable strategies, lessons learned, case studies, benchmarks, data and measurable results that attendees can immediately put to work in their businesses.

Step 2: Strengthen Your Story

Are you representing a unique market? Have you recently expanded to a new location? Not every submission will be selected. Highlight what makes your story unique and how your experience will motivate your fellow industry professionals.

Be specific, lean into what excites you about our industry, and answer steadfast operator questions such as:
  • How can operators improve efficiency without sacrificing customer experience?

  • What are the most important metrics every operator should be tracking?

  • How can operators attract, develop, and retain top talent?

  • What strategies are driving membership growth and reducing churn?

  • How can operators maximize profitability in both tunnel and self-serve formats?

  • Which emerging technologies and industry trends should operators be preparing for today?

  • What lessons can growing operators share about scaling successfully while maintaining culture and consistency?

We're looking for speakers whose session content aligns best with the needs of the car wash industry. Review the session track options as you plan your proposal submission.

Have more than one brilliant idea? Submit more than one proposal! The more quality ideas you share, the better your chance of selection becomes. 

    • Talent – focus on talent development such a recruitment, hiring, and professional development of staff.
    • Trends – focus on industry trends which can include but is not limited to membership and subscription models, automation, tech and digital integration, environmental sustainability and regulation, consolidation and expansion, and market growth and consumer trends.
    • Self Service/In Bay Automatic - focus on self serve and in-bay automatic car wash businesses.
    • Finance and Operations – focus on operational cost pressures and inflation, valuation and investment, operations efficiency and training, scalability and sustainability in operations. 
    • Marketing and Customer Experience – focus on topics related to growing your customer base and how to make your business stand out with marketing tools and strategies.
    • Maintenance and Equipment – focus on the technical requirements of equipment and how technicians can incorporate improvements and efficiencies to benefit the business.
