Building a Management Training Platform Using a Job Competency Model

In this 30-minute session, participants will explore the role a job competency model plays in crafting an effective training program. Through a structured approach, attendees will review ICA’s car wash manager training model and gain insights into aligning training initiatives with job requirements, addressing skill gaps, and fostering continuous improvement within their organizations.

This session is led by Claire Moore, Chief Learning Officer of International Carwash Association. She joined ICA in 2004 as the director of education. She is passionate about bringing more educational opportunities to the industry and developing programs that deliver results for the organizations that utilize them. Claire holds a degree in communication from Villanova University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame.
