This session will include my car washes story through trials and tribulations and how we pulled through with specific communication techniques. It will highlight struggles as well as successes and what car washes can do when problems arise. This session will also share how washes can separate themselves from competition through communication. Additionally, how to communicate with different types of customers and how to effectively share strategic messages across all communication platforms.
Tayler Kiley, a doctoral candidate, is the marketing manager & site manager for Whatta South 14 in Greer, South Carolina. Tayler received her bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of South Carolina, her Master’s Degree in Strategic Communication from Liberty University, and in May 2023 Tayler will earn a Doctorate in Communication. Her dissertation topic is on strategic messaging in the car wash industry and how car washes can successfully communicate across all platforms to be more successful than competition. Tayler has a strong public relations, photography, and marketing background. In her free time, she enjoys traveling & spending time with her two doodles.
