Seth Bounds is a licensed CPA and earned an MBA from Louisiana State University. Seth has 17 years of accounting and finance experience, including 9 years providing M&A financial due diligence services to private equity and corporate clients on both the buy-side and sell-side. Seth has performed financial due diligence on 20 transactions in the car wash and quick lube industries since 2020. Additional industry experience includes consumer products and services, construction, manufacturing, distribution, SaaS/Software, and oilfield services. In addition to transaction advisory services, Seth has served in various positions outside of public accounting. Seth served as the Division Controller for an international marine imaging company, managing the accounting and finance for operations in the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. Seth also served as the Finance Manager for Loenbro, an oil-field services company, responsible for FP&A, accounting oversight, reporting to the Private Equity owner, and serving on the M&A team.
